    Lacy has over 25 years as a software and services industry CEO. He led a successful IPO at Unison Software, has raised several hundred

    million dollars in public and private capital, built and managed companies through accelerated growth beginning with as few as five employees growing to several hundred staff members. Lacy also has managed numerous mergers and acquisition. Lacy has served as a member on several boards of directors as well as currently participating as Executive in Residence at the Rocky Mountain Innosphere in Colorado where he mentors and advises several emerging growth technology companies.

    Juan deeply understands IT consulting, implementation, and staffing services through his prior executive position with The HCI Group, a global leader in healthcare technology

Juan also has close to 15 years of experience as a corporate attorney and organizational governance expert. He spent many years with two Fortune 250 businesses in a variety of roles, including legal, corporate governance, commercial and government contracting, strategy, and organizational management.

    Senior VP, Strategic Advisory Services

    Matthew draws from his long-held passion for consulting excellence and 20+ years of experience to help Providence clients’ grow and optimize their people, processes

    and infrastructure. Matthew supports clients with research, selection and implementation of the optimal mix of HR technology and business process outsourcing to appropriately size the resources dedicated to their noncore business operations, such as employee benefits, payroll, or human resources. Previously, Matthew created and led Lockton’s HR Technology and Outsourcing Practice which supported employer clients with vendor-neutral HR Technology consulting. He has additional experience leading shared services operations, providing SaaS HCM product management and working in HR.

    J.B. joined Providence in August 2017 in a senior leadership role with a focus on expanding and managing the HCM Practice’s Advisory, Implementation, Data

    Management, System Optimization and Support Services. He is an accomplished HR technology consultant, business partner, human resource leader and relationship manager with over 25 years’ experience working with Fortune 100 and small, growing, entrepreneurial companies in a variety of capacities. J.B.’s core strengths are in business management, strategy development, process improvement, leveraging technology, vendor relations, team building, reporting and analytics, strategic sourcing and business process transformation for domestic and global enterprises. Prior to joining Providence, J.B. held various leadership, consulting and sales roles at several small and large organizations including Aetna, SHL USA, and Vurv Technology. At Aetna, he was the Director, Business Program Management – HR Technology Planning and Implementation where he led a team of HR and IT professionals in the full replacement of Aetna’s Core HR, Payroll and Time systems that supported 50,000 active and 23,000 contingent workers.
